Mini Apple Crisp

This recipe is so easy to make and it tastes just like the real thing.

What You'll Need:
about 8 ramekins (I used six and I ended up with extra)
{for the filling}
4 apples, peeled, cored, and cut into cubes
1 tablespoon minute tapioca
about a tablespoon of water
{for the topping}
1/2 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup brown sugar (make sure it's packed)
2 instant oatmeal packets (the Original or Maple & Brown Sugar works best)
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Add the water to the tapioca until the tapioca expands.

Mix the tapioca with the apples and then place into ramekins.

Mix flour, brown sugar, oatmeal, butter, and cinnamon for topping.  I like to mix it with my hands because it's quicker and mixes up the ingredients equally.

Place the topping on top of the apple filling

and cook for 10 minutes in the microwave.

Then enjoy!
