This DIY isn't very specific because it really depends on what you have at home and what your preference of the texture of the scrub.
The main ingredient is honey because it's the base for the thick texture.  It also doesn't matter what type, or how much sugar you use.

What You Need:
honey
oil (whatever kind you have, I used olive oil)
brown sugar
white sugar
natural brown sugar (turbinado
sugar)
a container

I started by filling up the container 3/4s of the way up with honey

then added about a 1/3 cup of brown sugar, 1 tbs of sugar, 3 tbs of oil, and a few packets of the turbinado sugar.

Mix it all up.

Depending on the size of your container this might fill it up, but if not keep adding the different
sugars until its full and the right consistency!

The best time to exfoliate is before you shave because it will get rid of all of the stuff that can get stuck in your razor, like dead skin cells.  Legs have a low amount of oil glands, so the oil that's in the scrub will help hydrate your skin.

You will see that best results when you exfoliate regularly!
